Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Donum ("Service"), operated by Realm by Rook ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Donum is an AI-powered automated reporting platform that connects to third-party data sources to generate, schedule, and deliver reports. We provide the Service on a credit-based subscription model.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may only use one free trial per account.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans. For annual plans, see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious content or attempt to gain unauthorized access

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Realm by Rook and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated using your data belong to you. We retain no ownership of your data or generated reports.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Realm by Rook operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
