Refund Policy

Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Donum. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer straightforward refund options depending on your plan type.
Free Trial
Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day window, annual plans are non-refundable but you will retain access for the remainder of your billing period upon cancellation.
Credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits within an active subscription remain available until the end of your billing period. Credits do not carry over between billing periods.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at laura@realmrook.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service. If your account was terminated due to a breach of our terms, no refund will be issued.
